Didorong oleh AF, projek ini adalah untuk mengatur pembiayaan projek, memiliki dan mengoperasikan terminal Gas Asli Cecair (LNG) untuk mendapatkan peluang pasaran yang besar bagi mempercepatkan tempoh pertumbuhan yang lebih pesat untuk pertukaran agresif daripada tenaga Arang batu kepada tenaga Gas dalam pasaran tenaga India dalam tempoh terdekat, manakala permintaan jangka panjang untuk kapasiti regasifikasi LNG di India akan terus meningkat secara besar-besaran.
Dari aspek kejuruteraan, AF akan menjalankan projek tersebut dengan beberapa rakan kongsi EPCIC and Solutions terbaik di pasaran termasuk – Kvaerner sebagai Kontraktor Utama EPCIC; Wärtsilä sebagai pembekal penyelesaian regasifikasi dan Siemens untuk Sistem elektik & Penjanaan tenaga.
Dari aspek perniagaan pula, AF telah memeterai perjanjian eksklusif dengan pemegang lesen terminal import di Kakinada, East LNG PTE Ltd yang memiliki kelulusan dan lesen daripada kerajaan untuk mengimport LNG ke India, untuk menyediakan storan LNG dan regasifikasi dengan perkhidmatan kontrak “Guna atau Bayar” dengan kadar harian selama 30 tahun kepada Pelabuhan Kakinada (India) dengan kapasiti pengeluaran sebanyak 7.2 Juta Ton Setahun (MTPA). Projek ini akan diusahakan selama sekurang-kurangnya 30 tahun selepas beroperasi. Ia dijangkakan akan menghasilkan keuntungan dari tahun pertama operasi.

1. Thermal Energy Storage System: Drawing on years of expertise in applied thermodynamics, energy management and climate control, innovation, design conception, and the production of a Synthetic Phase Change Material (SPCM) this proven technology is a testament to optimal performance over a long period of time. This proven and patented Thermal Energy Storage System is a hybrid system that captures, and stores wasted thermal energy, which can be discharged to produce thermal energy and or electricity. The technology utilizes a SPCM as the medium to capture and discharge thermal energy at a molecular level. The key features of this system are that is does not have storage limitations of an electric battery, instead it stores thermal energy that is able of creating electricity from captured wasted heat.
2. Solar Power Generation: With new storage, the power supply is possible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is accomplished our its green power goal through a proprietary Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) collection system. This patented technology efficiently takes 18 feet of air space on 400 square feet of land. In that small space it collects the combined energy sources of the sun that normally would require 1,421 square feet of land to produce 100 kW through photovoltaic (PV) means. That alone would be an accomplishment, but using this technology, the owner can store what is collected and create an additional 16 hours of energy while the typical PV sits idle. PV can produce 100 kW x 8 or 800 kWh while we can deliver 100 kW x 24 or 2400 kWh. This CSP system can collect, store, and supply solar energy even when the sun’s rays do not reach the ground. The exploitation of solar energy, which is practically limitless, even in moments when there is no sun, embodies perfection in the field of renewable energy sources. Due to varying weather conditions, the sun itself is an unstable energy source. Answering the challenge that reality poses, this technology represents a new generation of innovative solutions in the renewable energy industry. With this cutting-edge technology, they are prepared to assume the leading role in replacing fossil fuels.
3. Vertical Access Wind Turbine Technology: This technology generates electrical power at much lower wind velocity at 2-mph. The capital outlay and the operating cost is also much lower compared to existing conventional windmill technology. This design offers many environmental advantages versus current wind towers. These wind turbines will achieve a vastly superior rate of return on investment based on strong, across-the-board improvements in all operating metrics over conventional wind generation technology.
