As a lead for blockchain and digital/crypto asset initiatives, Kevin plays a pivotal role in transforming Fusang into a leading digital asset platform and promulgating its industry recognition. In addition to advising and strategising overall corporate development, he leads business development, collaborative partnership, execution and capital financing/investing activities.
Previously, Kevin headed up the direct investment practice of a prestigious Asian family office with over US$15 billion worth of assets across multi-business and investment areas; and managed US$100 million AUM at Strategic Capital Management, one of Hong Kong’s earliest independent hedge fund managers. Over the last decade, he has successfully brought investee companies to IPO and achieved spectacular investment returns. Kevin sharpened his skillsets in investing and business management through direct responsibility for equity/bond/PE/VC investments and cross-border M&As, after being apprenticed to a finance professional at KPMG and EY in his early years.
Kevin subsequently put his entrepreneurial ideas into practice as a principal co-founder at Alliance Capital Group, a licensed financial firm that sponsors IPOs, advises listed company transactions and manages third-party money; and as a team member of Galaxy Treasure Financial Group, a wealth management firm formed through an exclusive strategic partnership with China’s top-notched online financial group.
Kevin earned Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and Bachelor of Computing (Computer Science) at Australia’s Monash University; and Master of Business Administration at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is a fellow member of CPA Australia and a charter holder of CFA.

Dr. Alzarouni is not only the CEO of Dubai Blockchain center but also the Director of Information Services at Dubai Electronic Security Center. He founded the region’s first innovation hub for blockchain technology. The center was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai on the 15th of May 2018 and is encompassed within Area 2071 in Emirates Towers.
The center aims to bring together blockchain thought leaders, developers, investors, and educators. It is a place to engage with the blockchain community. The center therefore continuously hosts blockchain related courses, events, meet-ups, and hackathons.
Before establishing the blockchain center, Marwan was an early crypto investor that started Bitcoin mining in early 2013. He also created Dubai’s first crypto payment processing and blockchain software development company in January 2014. In February 2018 he launched OTC Supply DMCC, the region’s first fully licensed over-the-counter crypto commodity trading entity. His latest venture is Co-Founding Quanterium, a technology solutions provider focusing on providing social impact solutions for organ and blood donation based on technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, IoT and genomics.

Frederick T. Pye is the President and Chief Executive Officer of 3iQ Corp. Mr. Pye is recognized for creating and promoting creative and unique investment products for the investment industry.
Mr. Pye has managed private client portfolios with Landry Investment Management and various other investment dealers. Prior to this Mr. Pye was Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer of Argentum Management and Research Corporation, a company dedicated to managing and distributing quantitative investment portfolios including the first long-short mutual fund in Canada.
He was also Senior Vice-President and National Sales Manager of Fidelity Investments Canada and an integral part of the team that saw assets rise from $80 million to over $7.5 billion in assets under management during his tenure. He also held various positions with Guardian Trust Company, which listed the first Gold, Silver and Platinum Certificates on the Montreal Exchange.
Mr. Pye obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Concordia University and is a member of the Board of the Anglican Funds and the West Island Youth Residence.

Mr. Kaufman also Founded and launched Memoriis.com, a DropBox for family records and currently operates MindSpanse.com, where he produces and distributes guided meditations on the MindSpanse YouTube Channel.
Mr. Kaufman holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, 79 and 24 licenses. He graduated from Emory University with a bachelors degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
